COVID-19 Protocols for Study Groups
COVID-19 Protocols for a Safe Return to In-Person Study Groups
As we prepare for a return to in-person study groups, we are excited to resume idea sharing and networking with you and your peers, and we are committed to doing so in a safe environment.
We are closely following all guidance from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS), local county recommendations, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on safety measures. In line with county recommendations and considering the increased transmission rates of the Delta Variant, The Inn at Fearrington, our host, currently requests that all staff and visitors wear masks inside any buildings on property regardless of vaccination status; this currently also applies to the restaurant except when actively eating or drinking. Housekeeping is still available on request only, as we understand many guests would prefer no staff enter their rooms. The Inn is following increased cleaning procedures between stays and has removed some difficult to clean items such as pamphlets and books.
The meeting will take place in a converted barn, which will provide plenty of room for increased spacing between seats to ensure a safe, airy experience all around. Dinner will be served at the Inn’s semi-outdoors Garden Terrace to allow for increased air circulation.
All members of the Kehrer Bielan team are fully vaccinated and committed to a safe experience for in-person meetings and will follow appropriate guidelines as they evolve from the CDC, NCDHHS, and The Inn at Fearrington. If you have any questions on specific procedures, feel free to contact Erika.firstname.lastname@example.org.
