Webinar: Financial Impacts, Compensation, and Coverage Models
Financial Impacts, Compensation and Coverage Models
In response to the health, economic, and social crisis, the bank securities and insurance community has had to change the way we serve the investment needs of our clients. As the crisis begins to recede, will we revert to our old ways of doing business? Or have we created new ways of communicating, learned to use our resources more effectively, and become focused on creating new management models?
BISA and Kehrer Bielan are partnering to conduct research on how the collective innovation of our community is shaping what our business looks like in the future. This research is being shared with the community in a series of webinars, which also showcase examples of how some firms are innovating.
The topics covered in the second webinar include the financial impact on business performance; how advisor compensation plans are being modified; and the impact on changing advisor and support staff headcount.
Contributors who shared their experience:
- Bruce Hagemann, BBVA Securities, Inc.
- Roy Echols, SunCoast Trust & Investment Services
- Mike Malone, Comerica Securities, Inc.
- David Zimmerman, Middleburg Financial Investment Services
Participants were polled about aspects of their experience during the crisis. Click here for poll results.
Webinars are free and available only for BISA members. Click here for a recording of the webinar.
